Rocked It

Today I attempted and completed my first BodyRock workout "All You Want."

It's definitely all I wanted and almost more than I could handle! 
Honestly, I had to take beginners' form every couple of sets - I could not make all those jumps. 
After the first minute, I paused the timer - I could not believe how out of breath I was and how fast my heart was beating. But, it's only an 12 minute work out, so you've really got to just stick in there, grind your teeth, and get through those reps. 
The first 8 minutes was HELL!
Woo... 


So, now I'm going to check out the new ALDI Food Market in Harrison and grab some dinner fixin's.
